We're opening our doors to interns.
Learn branding on real brands.
Join a strategy-led studio in Iligan City and work on real client projects, not classroom briefs. You'll learn how a brand gets clear, from the first discovery call to the day it goes live.
Takes about 10 minutes. No polished portfolio needed.

The internship program
Is this you?
This isn't a coffee-and-photocopy internship. You'll sit in on how a brand gets clear, who it's for, why people should choose it, and how that shows up on a sign, a box and a feed.
If you're…
- hungry to learn real-world branding
- the type who asks "why?" before "what colour?"
- happy to hear honest feedback, and use it on the next round
- curious about business, not just design
- someone who notices brands on the street and has opinions about them
…then we'd like to meet you.
Probably not for you if…
- you only want to make things look nice, and don't care why
- you need every task explained step by step, every time
What you'll learn by doing
You'll work on the same kind of work our clients pay for. Exact tasks depend on your track and what's on the board.
Brand strategy
See how we find what makes a business worth choosing: discovery calls, brand findings and the strategy behind every design decision.
Brand identity
Help on moodboards (Dotted Boarding), design development rounds and the design process: logo, colour, type and patterns.
Social media and content
Plan posts around content pillars and real local moments, and make graphics for brands' pages.
Content production
Help on shoots, photos and short videos for client pages.
Brand rollout
See how a new brand goes live across signs, packaging, cards and feeds, and why consistency matters.
How a studio runs
Briefs, feedback, deadlines and talking with real business owners. The stuff school doesn't cover.
Not louder. Clearer. That's what you'll practise every day.
How it works
- Step 1:
Apply
Fill in the form below. Share any work that shows how you think.
- Step 2:
We review
We read every application.
- Step 3:
A quick chat
A short conversation about what you want to learn and how you work.
- Step 4:
Start
You join the team and start on real work.
What we look for
Skills can be taught. Attitude is harder.
Helpful but not required: basic design software, a phone camera you know how to use, and a habit of noticing brands.
Hunger
You want to learn real-world branding, and you show up like it.
Clear thinking
You can explain why you made a choice, in plain words.
Openness to feedback
You take notes, not offence. Then you make the next version better.
Care for the details
Spelling, spacing, file names. Small things are how clients judge a brand.
Not a polished one. Send whatever shows how you think: school work, personal projects, or a page you run.
We read every application. If it's a fit, we'll reach out by email or Messenger.
The form on this page is a preview while we finish setting it up, so it doesn't send anything yet. To apply today, message Dotted Studios on Facebook (@dottedstudios).
